Kruez did not provide details of the contract other than it was awarded by “a leading offshore company in the oil and business” and that the work would be carried out in the Southeast Asia region.

A spokesperson for Kruez was unable to provide further details on the award when contacted by Upstream on Friday other than the company would be carrying out “general subsea installation work”.

“Kreuz is pleased to have secured this contract win but for commercial reasons, we will not be able to provide more details than the information in the news release,” she told Upstream in an e-mailed statement.

The work is scheduled to commence during the current quarter and is expected run for a period of three months, with options for further extensions.
