The
Norwegian engineering contractor will delivery three subsea trees, tubing
hangers and a tool package for the oil part of the field under an extension to
an earlier contract.

Aker last
year delivered the 100th subsea tree to the Troll field in the northern North
Sea, which is the world’s biggest subsea development in terms of the number of
wells.

The company
earlier this year announced a Nkr500 million investment to double the
manufacturing capacity of two subsea equipment manufacturing plants in Malaysia
and Norway.
